We specialise in providing regular gardening services to maintain and improve your shared space. After the initial site visit we can draw up a proposal specific to the needs of your communal grounds. Tasks include; lawn mowing with stripes, shrub & hedge pruning/shaping, maintenance of garden beds, weed, moss & algae control, leaf, litter & debris clearing, plant pest & disease checks, small tree works, general tidying and green waste removal.

What additional services do you offer as a paid extra? Additionally we offer pressure washing, landscaping repairs, planting, lawn repair & improvement and grit box topping up.

What are your prices for regular grounds maintenance? Each proposal is tailored to suit the tasks required for the grounds maintenance and whether we are required to remove the green waste from the site.

How often do you carry out shrub pruning in the regular grounds maintenance? Shrubs and hedging will be pruned twice a year, taking into consideration; maximising flowering, frost tolerance and bird nesting season. All shrubs and hedges will be cut back from pathways, drives, car park, door & gate entrances and patios as and when appropriate. All shrubs, plants and climbers are kept away from any windows and free from climbing walls, away from buildings and brickwork.

How often do we need our grass cut? Grass will be cut depending on your preference but usually weekly or fortnightly depending on growth rate. It will be cut to the appropriate height depending on the season/weather and all grass clippings will be removed from lawns.

Do you have insurance to cover the work? In the very rare situation of accidental damage to any property, Farleaf has public liability insurance with cover up to £2 million.
